How will you react when you lost an important entity in your life?
How will you accept the loss of that one thing you are drawing inspiration from?
Will you remain still and endure the pain of hollowness? or, should you unleash the anger to that person who took it away from you?
To you who stole him, who practically snatched it from my hands: You know for a fact that I cannot possibly scream right in to your face to exhaust this pain you caused me.
That’s because I am more than your …

Last Saturday, we were scheduled to attack Bonifacio Global city to watch the first day of WPO. We were excited to see this show, since it’s China’s turn. It would’ve been like watching this whole hullabaloo from the people who invented it. More like watching Einstein talk about theory of relativity, or politicians talk about corruption (sounds like a typical day in the congress).
We’re about to hit the road when it started drizzling. So we’ve decided to just wait for the next match instead. I already put …

To love, they say, is to be steady… But the heart cannot help but wander in between dreams.
Faro Cabo Cape Bojeador, Burgos, Ilocos Norte
Our journey to the north found its first stop at Cape Bojeador in Burgos, Ilocos Norte. Sitting on top of Vigia de Nagparitan hill, it is considered to be the highest positioned lighthouse in the Philippines, also the most visited. Its light marks the northwestern corner of the island of Luzon, guiding ships traveling from South China Sea.

Vigan was one of the first few towns I visited during the genesis of my traveling advocacy. I can’t deny the fact that it was also one of the places that sparked my interest to see the world.
I was 20 years old when I first walked the cobbled stone streets of Crisologo. Back then, I felt like I was walking the streets of Italy. It even inspired me to sit along the pavement and start writing random poems and sketch the plethora of antique items on sale along the UNESCO …

We thought we have to bring passport size photo for the temple ID , which Monette forgotten that we have to look for a photo studio in Kuala Lumpur. Apparently, the Apsara Authority upgraded their ticketing system recently, they will take a digital photo right when you pay the ticket in the booth. So, Monette’s PhP200 Polaroid photo is out the window (thank you virtual tourist).

Khmer is a culture that I rarely encounter in books and in school. Despite the fact that we live right across the South China Sea, they are literally the next door neighbor. With the Cambodian robust history of fierce Angkor warriors, I would think that the modern Khmer’s would be someone who is cold-hearted, aloof and supercilious… man, I was wrong. FLAT WRONG.

Finally posting the best breakfast I had, ever…
Ever woke up to the smell of coffee being brewed, bacon slowly being crisped, eggs sunny-side-upped, and fresh croissant bread being baked? You can almost taste the air. That must be what Sundays taste like. We literally woke up with smiles on our faces knowing a heavenly breakfast awaited us at Common Grounds Coffee and Cyber Cafe. They have the most amazing menu ranging from American breakfast to grilled cheese sandwiches to salads to smoothies that are to die for. Ron and I …

they roam at night, while everyone’s in deep slumber…
This year we spent our halloween shenanigan separate from each other. But that doesn’t stop us from matching our costumes this year. Originally, we wanted to do Dora and Diego, then it became Annie and Shaider, but due to lack of time and budget we decided to pay homage to the humble heroes closest to our hearts.
